Asking about brand activation costs is a bit like asking how much it costs to build a house. The answer? It depends.

Let’s unpack this a bit:

  • Complexity: Are we talking a simple pop-up or a multi-city experiential tour?
  • Venue: Prime real estate comes at a premium.
  • Timing: Peak seasons can make budgets peak too.
  • Logistics: Sometimes getting there is half the battle (and the budget).

You sure can. We have multiple promotional vehicles that can take your brand to the road at the same time.

This depends on the complexity of your campaign.

We’re pretty nimble, however giving us a bit of lead time helps us do our best work. Here’s a rough guide:

For Bigger Projects:

  • We usually need about 3-6 months
  • Think large-scale activations or nationwide tours
  • This gives us time to really customise things and get the right team together

For Smaller Stuff:

  • We can work with 2-4 weeks notice
  • Good for local events or simpler promotions
  • It’s tight, but we can make it happen

Keep in mind, these timeframes can shift depending on how busy things are and what exactly you need. If you’re planning something during a peak season, earlier is definitely better.

We’ve pulled off miracles in as little as a couple of weeks!

Bear in mind there are several factors at play:

  • Seasonality: Peak periods might limit our flexibility, but we always strive to make it work.
