Everything, end-to-end. Each Kombi hire includes the custom-built Kombi, branding and fit-out for your campaign, delivery, setup and pack-down. We design and build every asset in-house, so it arrives ready to be the centrepiece of your activation.
Can I dry-hire the Kombi for my event or activation?
No — we don’t dry-hire our Kombis. (Dry-hire means renting the vehicle on its own, without our team or setup.)
Every Kombi comes fully managed: custom build, branding, delivery, setup and staffing, all handled in-house. We’re not a rental company with daily rates — we deliver activations end-to-end, so the asset arrives ready and runs properly on the day.
How much is it to hire a Kombi van?

Can you deliver and set up the Kombi at my venue?
Yes. Every Kombi booking includes an on-site Manager. We deliver, position and set up the Kombi at your site, then handle pack-down after. As long as the location has vehicle access, we’ll get it there and make sure it’s activation-ready before doors open.
Do you handle permits for public or outdoor activations?
Yes. We manage venue sourcing and council permits as part of the service. The slow, complicated approvals are ours to sort — leave them with us so your team can focus on the campaign.
Does your Kombi Hire service include transportation of passengers?
No — Our Kombi hire service doesn’t include passenger transport or chauffeur service.
