Whilst we are headquartered in Sydney, we offer our mobile experiential campaigns nation wide.

Typically, we activate in popular spots such as Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Gold Coast. However we’ve also activated in regional areas too.

Absolutely! We offer customisation options from simple decals to full vehicle wraps, custom display builds and other branded assets, allowing you to align your event vehicle perfectly with your experiential marketing campaign.

We also offer tailored internal designs and custom builds, optimising every inch to amplify your brand’s impact and meet your activation objectives.

All our event vehicles come with a registered and insured driver / on-site manager.

Depending on the type of activation, we also provide staff such as Baristas, DJs, Videographers, Photo booth operators, Gelato Service staff etc.

The earlier the better. We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, even longer for peak seasons.

However, we’ll always try to accommodate last-minute requests.

Every single event vehicle in our fleet is treated like our family. Regular check-ups and TLC keep them purring. We’ve successfully completed hundreds of activations and we’ve never had to cancel because of a vehicle hiccup. So you can relax – we’ve got your back. Our track record speaks for itself, but we’re always prepared, just in case. Your event’s success is our top priority.
